An important one-minute exchange of impeachment testimony ...

3 years with Mueller and nothing. These House Democrat pricks think they can do better than the FBI, CIA, NSA, etc?

Okay.

There is a coup going on. Led by Democrats and their friends in mainstream media.

You think things are ugly now? You ain't seen nothing yet.
The entire congress suffers from Dunning/Kruger Effect.

THEY STILL DONT KNOW WHAT HE HAS. AND THAT BEING SAID, WHAT IF HE HAS PROOF ATLEAST 1 OF THE THINGS THEY HAVE BEEN SAYING IS TRUE? NO SIR, I DO NOT KNOW THAT. NO SIR, YOU DO NOT KNOW THAT.

WHAT I SEE IS, A BUSINESS MAN DOING WHAT BUSINESS MEN DO, DELEGATE. IT SEEMS TO ME IF THESE FOLKS ARE ACTING UNDER TRUMPS ORDERS, TRUMP WILL BE THE ONE TO GO DOWN. I DO NOT KNOW FOR SURE, AS NOONE DOES YET, BUT I BET THATS WHY THE DEMS ARE NOW FOCUSING ON "ABUSE OF POWER". EVEN THE PROFFESSOR THE REPS PICKED TO TESTIFY SAID "THERE MAY BE SOMETHING HERE, YOU JUST DONT HAVE THE RIGHT EVIDENCE...YET".

They have NO fucking idea what the hell they're focusing on. In fact, they're focusing on nothing. They're throwing shit at the fucking wall hoping SOMETHING may stick. All they can do is keep changing the charges and accusations because they know they have NOTHING. As
I said waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy back; this is not about impeachment. It's all about tainting the voters' minds.

Dear WAMO:

Importantly, they don't have any real evidence, and more importantly, THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A CHARGE YET ... and how can a legitimate impeachment begin in lieu of a specific charge?

AW, they don't have a charge yet because what happens in an impeachment is charges are developed and brought. When the charge is brought forth, due to the discovery process of impeachment, it goes to the Senate for trial. Do you understand how our legal system works? Or do you simply parrot talking points? Just asking. BTW, there seem to be four charges emerging, you can look it up, it's on the web.

The legal system certainly does not work this way. The legal system is supposed to discover a crime, investigate, locate a suspect, gather evidence, try the suspect and determine guilt or innocence.

NOT.. Pick a person, dig and prod and scrape and manufacture and manufacture and manufacture and accuse and twist the words of so called witnesses who have NO first hand knowledge of anything until you MAY find something that MAY resemble a crime IF the witnesses' assumptions are correct. This is exactly what the democrats are doing. If they truly are interested in investigating a crime, they need not look any further than their own party.

How is this NOT quid pro quo????

CHARGES I HEARD: OBSTRUCTION BRIBERY ABUSE OF POWER. ALL REAL AW.
G, I DONT THINK IMPEACHMENT PROCEDINGS FOLLOW SAME GUIDE LINES AS A BANK ROBBER. ARE THE DEMS GOING AFTER TRUMP BECAUSE THEY DONT LIKE HIM, YES. WILL THEY DIG ENOUGH TO FIND SOMETHING THAT DOES STICK, YES. TRUMP IS A BUSINESS MAN AND NOT A POLITICIAN. POLITICIANS KNOW HOW TO COVER THEIR ASS IN POLITICS. TRUMP KNOWS HOW TO COVER HIS ASS IN BUSINESS. POLITICS AINT BUSINESS. I THINK HE INVOLVED TO MANY PEOPLE IN HIS DRIVE TO AN END GAME. SOMEONE WITH PROOF WILL CAVE, SOMEONE ALWAYS DOES.

Nope. Impeachable actions must be criminal. They got nuttin. All that will happen if they proceed is a bunch of indictments for democrats.

No Greg impeachable acts do NOT have to be criminal. "Debate prior to adoption of the phrase high crimes and misdemeanors and comments thereafter in the ratifying conventions were to the effect that the President (all the debate was in terms of the President) should be removable by impeachment for commissions or omissions in office which were not criminally cognizable. And in the First Congress’s “removal” debate, Madison maintained that the wanton dismissal of meritorious officers would be an act of maladministration which would render the President subject to impeachment.868 Other comments, especially in the ratifying conventions, tend toward a limitation of the term to criminal, perhaps gross criminal, behavior. "

Yes, in general impeachable acts will be criminal, but let's take the case of President D. He gets up every morning and gets drunk, and stays that way all day. He can be impeached and removed from office.

I would call that theft. He's being paid by his employer (us) for a day's work he is not performing. He would be stealing our money.

Regardless, he has done none of the things for which he is being blamed, and the democrats are ONLY putting him and the rest of the country thru this because he won the white house in an election thoroughly rigged in Clinton's favor. Plus, Donald J. Trump was hired by us to take out the trash. The only reason the democrats are hell-bent on his removal is because he's effective.

He hasn't obstructed congress? I guess not if you ignore him not allowing certain people to testify or withheld documents. Just for starters.

Dear bbfreeburn:

So, they haven't found a crime yet, but they're looking to "develop" and search for -- and hopefully find -- a crime? Ridiculous!

Dear bbfreeburn:

I definitely understand how our legal system works. I was a history major at Vanderbilt University, and I am extremely well-versed in all facets of Constitutional law, and therefore, I don't have to use OTHERS' "talking points."
