We at the American Bowling Consortium, along with the millions of competitive bowlers around the world, wish to extend our heartfelt "Thank You!" to both the United States Bowling Congress and the Bowling Proprietors Association of America for reaching an agreement to stage the US Open in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
"I would like to say many thanks to both USBC President Andrew Cain and BPAA President Cathy DeSocio", said Jim Salisbury, Executive Director of the Consortium. "It took quite a bit of courage to come to this arrangement considering the current economic climate and I know that competitive bowlers everywhere will join me in our appreciation for allowing the continuation of the most tradition laden tournament in Bowling."
