Today was a pretty big day for me as I tested for my 3rd degree black belt in Isshinryu karate. During the test, I was required to perform a bunch of kata, weapons techniques, and throws.

This is me doing one of those throws - called harai goshi - on one of my instructors.

I did, although today I feel like I was hit by a truck. Bruised ribs, jacked up ankle, left thumb/hand sprained, general muscle soreness from my arches to my shoulders.

But yes, I passed.
