Yeah, this is cool. I know a lot of officers do stuff like this. From buying shoes/blankets for the homeless to gifts for less fortunate kids. A lot of these guys and gals don't get enough credit - even though they don't ask for or want it. They do it because it's the right thing to do in their hearts, not because they are chasing accolades. :)
