Interesting, but will not deter me from eating those tasty, tasty cows!

I do prefer to purchase cows (usually split 1/2 or 1/3 with friends) locally raised and butchered though. The meat is typically a little leaner and just tastes better. Trying to get in on a hog buy with a friend too... get some real bacon!

Not sure I want to mess with buying chickens, but I might. The last few times we've bought chicken from the grocery it's been fatty and not very good.
