Loretta Lynch may actually be worse than Eric Holder

With Obama nominee Loretta Lynch having been confirmed by the U.S. Senate to replace Eric Holder as attorney general, it will mean a continuance of a policy that will disregard any criminal prosecutions of alleged high crimes committed by members of past and present members of the Obama administration. After all, the administration "owns" the prosecutor.

Democrats long ago ceased to be the party of the common American, and the recent confirmation vote helps confirm that fact.

Lynch is ideologically aligned with the administration of Barack Hussein Obama in all respects, and some advocates of freedom are concerned that she may actually be even less concerned with constitutional restraints on abuse of power than Holder.

For example, Lynch is a strong proponent of civil forfeiture, which is the practice of police seizure of private property related to an arrest or criminal charge. If not convicted, or even if charges are dropped, the burden of proof is on the accused for return of the property -- and police consider that a sweet deal, further encouraging the practice.

The Senate confirmation vote, by a 56-43 margin, may prove significant because 10 Republicans supported the nomination. And those 10 represent examples of RINOs (Republicans In Name Only), among the best politicians that money can buy.
