Mini-editorial: Poll numbers clearly reflect massive political divide in America

The importance of polls is far overblown, but a poll conducted last week in the west coast of Florida revealed just how much of a political divide exists in the United States.

When polled as to how they consider President Trump's policies, 45.37% indicated strong support, 7.59% somewhat approved, 42.52% strongly opposed and 4.50% somewhat opposed.

That clearly demonstrates that a vast majority of Americans either like or hate Trump and his policies, with very little in-between. Very few have middle-of-the-road viewpoints of the president, and the poll results don't bode well for hopes of uniting the country in a significant manner anytime soon.

The UNITED States of America? Apparently in name only.

While secure borders ARE important, I personally feel the immigrants are the least of our problem. Our government officials worry me more than immigrants looking for free shit do.

For example: the videos you posted of Dems speaking about immigration and Obama's own record of deporting those here illegally. Dems are all for it... until Trump or a Republican gets the job. Then it's a 180 on issues for nothing more than the sake of political games and one-upsmanship. And it's pretty much the same with both sides (see Romneycare, aka Obamacare).

Proves to me that those in Washington don't actually give two shits about you, me, or this country. THEY are doing more damage to this country than anyone.
