Most Trump supporters are above name-calling

Some liberals want to point the finger at those so-called "deplorables" who elected Donald John Trump as being the cause of the deep division in our country. But it should be clear that the liberal side is more to blame for that division.

Bottom line: For the most part, Trump backers seek to fix problems, while liberals choose to call people names. Conservatives are focused on policies and ideas, and had they focused on the most politically correct candidate, Trump wouldn't be in the White House. But many conservatives and independents preferred a fearless and tough man of action.

In general, conservatives don't (and won't) resort to name-calling and baseless accusations. On the other hand, liberals continue to hurl insults at Trump supporters, and that's hardly a helpful situation.

Some liberals go so far as to ask conservatives and evangelicals, “What would Jesus do?” And what He'd do is avoid the liberals' hateful behavior, reach a hand out to both sides and exhibit adult behavior. Most conservatives and evangelicals remain comfortable with their decision to support Trump.

That explains Trump's hateful words and twitter rants... he was a liberal long before he was on the R ticket!

Dear born1:

Do you SERIOUSLY feel that conservatives do anywhere near the amount of name-calling and protesting that liberals do?
Maybe you should re-read your own post, no where in your opinionated post did you mention protesting. Hell, the title is
Most Trump supporters are above name-calling.

As for the name-calling, I would have to say they're both on equal footing.

You have got to be joking. You can go on YouTube or any other media outlet and go listen to what the Trump supporters say about everybody but them at the Trump rallys. Open your eyes and ears before posting such nonsense.

Dear toolguru:

I'm a staunch conservative, and you're obviously a staunch liberal. Obviously, we're only two people ... but is there any question as to which of us has done more forum name-calling and issued more venomous personal attacks over quite a long period of time?

There are obvious exceptions, but there's a lot more name-calling, protesting and the like from liberals than conservatives.

Sure there is.
Dear toolguru:

Your response ("Sure there is") to the statement that "there's a lot more name-calling, protesting and the like from liberals than conservatives" is one of the most intelligent and accurate statements that you've ever made in an Internet discussion forum.

Liberals are far better name callers than conservatives. I argue daily on FB and every time I make a valid point to a liberal I'm suddenly an idiot, a moron, fucking nut case, or a fucking Nazi racist. EVERY TIME

Mostly because the democrats failed to supply a candidate who was not a crook, liar, traitor, and evil person. I believe an honest democrat could have beaten Trump. Problem is, can't find one.
Dear Greg T:

How true, especially when you consider that the only main challenger to Hillary that the Democrats could come up with was an old ultra-socialist named Bernie Sanders -- who would likely have won the nomination anyway, had not the Dems rigged the primaries.

Because, Hillary. There's just a level of dislike and distrust for that woman that is unreal.
But, that level of distrust and actual hatred is not unfounded. Facts are facts, and she's been known to have deals with the Russians, most of her old cronies and attorneys have all had fatal "accidents", she manipulated 20% of u.s. uranium to the Russians right around the same time billions in donation went into the Clinton foundation. The list goes on. Compare this to Trump who had 5 out of 550 businesses fail, and used the word pussy.......OMG!!!!!!!
