We've had a few newbs join us in the last few days but nobody seems to want to participate. Possibly sizing us up and reporting back to the mother ship.

That's possible. Unfortunately, several of us here don't bowl much anymore. All of our "bowling related" discussion would be melancholic reminiscences.

I just find it strange that they would join and not speak. All the other forums are open to guests. This forum is not, and requires registration. Just looks a little strange to me.
