Not quite... he hasn't broke out the red crayon yet! 
Zim is right though. It was a classless move, an absolute abuse of power from the Oval Office. He should have kept his mouth shut and allowed the system of justice to work.
Now if he felt the justice system was not working properly, that's a different issue. One he could/should handle behind the scenes via investigation of processes/fact finding to uncover deficiencies. But revving up the lynch mob as he did before all facts of the case were known/presented is reckless, irresponsible, and unbecoming of any official branch in our government.
