Not too terrible my last three league nights..........Mens Commercial 12/5 using my ever faithful Virtual Energy shot 268, 228, 216 for 712; Guys and Dolls on Monday night shot 225, 253, 202 for 680 and Tues Night Mixed shot 243, 225, 182. Carry totally disappeared the last game and I whiffed three 10 pins (aaarrgghhhhh!). Need to get a little more consistent picking up 10 pins before I head to Vegas in January for the Military Bowling Championships; bowling in the Senior Retired Division this year.

I have been bowling so bad I considered giving up, shoulder problems, sciatic nerve issues, plus the big thing between my ears causing a lot of issues but Dr. suggested I try Tylenol arthritis formula and it lets me bowl almost pain free, I subbed last Wednesday and shot, 179, 289, 279, and 255. Gave me a lot of confidence, hope it continues.

The league finally bowled again.
Game one - 258. 4 pin and a ten pin.
Game two - 230.
Game three - 225
713 series. Hammer Arson Hybrid. I love this ball. From the first night I threw it I have never been disappointed. Great benchmark ball.
