Think about it ...

BIDEN CLAIMS THAT GAS WAS $5 A GALLON WHEN HE TOOK OFFICE ...

... but then how can he actually claim that the cost of gas is "spiking" because of the big oil companies, and Putin, et al, when it's significantly below $5 now?

So I found this chart of gas prices going back to April 1993. I added the avg by President. I think it's pretty self explanatory.

The Avg column left of Pres name is the avg for the year. The avg to the right is avg for the Presidency (was lazy just did Jan-Dec, and not Feb to Jan which would have technically been more accurate due to taking office the start of 4th week in January. The difference is not significant - except Biden's avg. increases by a nickel to 3.636 where the others move less than a half-penny).
