This takes hypocrisy to a whole new level, and could only have been done in Washington D. C.
The federal government, which has "Tomahawk" cruise missiles and "Apache," "Blackhawk," 'Kiowa" and "Lakota” helicopters - and used the code name "Geronimo" in the attack that killed Osama bin Laden, officially objects to the name of the Washington Redskins.

I don't see that. Tomahawk is the name of an American Indian tool/weapon. Apache, Kiowa and Lakota were names of tribes. Black Hawk and Geronimo were names of famous American Indian warriors. Redskins was not a term or name that American Indians used, but one that Caucasians gave them.
