I've got a vintage AMF angle urethane I use on baked conditions.

Why does the date matter? This is why I stopped bowling.

And plugged balls? WTF. Half my balls are plugged. I know USBC banned balls with weight holes.

I had to quit bowling for physical reasons back in 2010. I can safely say that after watching the evolution of the game since then I would have elected to quit long before now anyway. They're doing to bowling what Nascar did to stock car racing, destroying it.

AMEN, brother! Beginning in the late '70s, when ABC (now USBC) began changing the lane-conditioning (and other) rules that led to the modern-day scoring explosion, I WROTE NUMEROUS BOWLING COLUMNS that indicated what was going to happen to the game as a result ... AND I WAS TOTALLY CORRECT ON ALL COUNTS!
