Matt Walsh is absolutely correct here. Lots of folks in the comments in these tweets are saying that we need a big tent or lets win first. Comments that this OF porn model speaker is turning toward conservative...etc.

Afaik and what's been reported she still does porn on her only fans account. She still promoted abortion.

Steel manning this a bit for Matt Walsh, the GOP will have so many people in its tent nothing either gets done or the more progressive values will take over the GOP. It's one thing to bring folks in who are moving toward conservativism but entirely different when people are only in the tent because the Dems pushed them out.

There is an argument for the GOP winning but there is an argument for the GOP to be true to itself.

The movement of the GOP farther left IMHO has started with DJT. We all knew, even in 2016 he was closer to Clinton's policy and ideology than say Reagans. This is why I always laugh when the media talks about the GOP and Christian extremists as a threat when most Christians, especially the Evangelicals, have put their nose up to DJT since his first term.

Arguably DJT should have ran independently and started his own party. My guess is that in 2028 the GOP will be much more liberal or the GOP will fight back to ita conservative roots and the Dems will be forced to moderate.

Before DJT the GOP:

-Against all abortions
-fiscally conservative
-2nd amendment absolutists.
-personal liberty

After DJT
-limited abortions
-Spend all kinds of money
-Banned bump stocks (overruled by SCOTUS)
-Wanting states to force face masks and other quarantine measures

While fundamentally this OF content creator might pull a few votes for DJT, it also could alienate the GOP stalwards who might not show up to vote, assuming they know who this person is.

And there are many comments to this individual stating she is turning her life away from OF and porn, just a few days ago she had an IG post with her @ss hanging out of a swimsuit. Engagement using sex even if its not porn or on OF still doesn't align with conservative values.

The more I think about it, the more I wonder if, due to the "larger tent", if the new RINO won't be a republican that capitulates on money for welfare or pet projects, a republican that capitulates to the democrats for all sorts of money loaded bills, but instead will be a Republican that capitulates on pornography, kids transitioning, 2nd ammendment rights ( already started with some and redflag laws), violent crimes...etc.

It already began a handful of years ago. That's why we have guys like McConnell and Romney claiming to be conservatives.

I get the sentiment here. The problem is that there will be people under the tent who don't even share those values. You'll have a tent filled with degenerates and a tent filled with people against it and eventually those degenerates will advocate for a form of communism.

The only reason many jump from the Dems is because they have money and don't want it taxed. They still want their degeneracy.

The republican party will move to a party that's no longer a speed bumps in front of progressivism to the party that is grandpa slowly driving right from communism.

McConnell at least got us some judges.

Romney started much of it. Policy wise, the only difference between Trump and Romney is that Romney would work with the deep state. Trump is more liberal than Romney, honestly.

The tea party which was far more conservative than maga.

A party filled with social conservatives isn't going to last long with social liberals.

Even classical liberals have spoken out that by allowing liberalism to the extent they have, that communism/Marxism could infiltrate the Democratic party.

If the same classic liberals jump to the republican party, then what?

I hate to say it, America simply needs to embrace more parties. Maga should have been a separate party. The far left Dems should have started a separate party.

I don't think the republican party will last.
