The author is acting as tho this is some revolutionary new technology. It's called a repeater and it has been used in amateur radio, public service band and cell phone technology forever. All one nees to do is locate the frequency bank being used by the auto mfgs and tune a repeater for those freqs. 100 year old shit becomes useful once again.
