I think the fallout, with so many corporations, banks, and many Republicans, is proof that his speech fire up the crowd.
I think a better argument is that they have been waiting 4 years and now they have an excuse. Even the moderate lawyers I've read have said legally there isn't anything actionable. The bar is so high for legal president that even Corey Booker, Pelosi, Cris Coumo, and the likes of Maxine waters can't be prosecuted for their own calls for violence.
When culture defines politics, this is what we get. People in power side with the mob of culture, regardless of which side that culture is on. History has played that out numerous times.
Stalin, Moa, and Hitler took control of the culture by force. Once they owned the culture, they owned the people.
In our case, the culture has been defined by Hollywood, Mainstream media, and now big tech. The difference here is the state is now controlled by the mob. Now corporations are fearful of the state and must fall in line.
Principles individuals in self rights and corporate rights would never call on or coerce others or corporations for the mass banning of individuals. They would let them do what is best for their own self or business. We know the new culture doesn't believe in individual or corporate rights. We got a glimpse of this in boycotts of Goya, Child fil a, and many others.
The only hope is that eventually they will turn on themselves. Just look at the spat that democrats had amongst themselves when it came to women's rights vs the rights of the transgendered.
The bottom line is: is this happening because of CEOs disliking his speech and his actions, or coercion from the mob and state?
