Wait a minute... isn't the SCOTUS majority conservative? So judges that lean Republican refused to hear the case? That's pretty fucked up.

But then, as I've stated before, for whatever reason the Republicans have no balls. Democrats hold Republican feet to whatever fire the Dems set under them, yet when actual crimes occur Republicans refuse to do the same to Democrats? Either they're imcompetent, or they're complicit. Either way, que JLS, "We're screwed."

That's right. It IS fucked up. But they know damned well that if they were to entertain this case, the demonrats would stack the court. AND, you're right. the republicans are spineless motherfuckers these days. Not one set balls among them.

But I'm sure we'll see some YouTube video of this "100% proof" soon.
Not going to happen. There have been a few and YouTube removes them ASAP. I saw one video with black clad and black masked ANTIFA disembarking a bus in DC on the 6th. The cops were escorting them to the event. Man, the "patriots" were booing them as they continued walking single file behind the cops. I was like - what the heck is this?!

Then the video went poof. Gone with the usual YouTube guidelines disclaimer.

Hey Hose

Seriously dude. I ain't making this up. It's burned into my brain. When I saw the cops in the video (actually looked more like highway patrolmen) escorting ANTIFA- My mouth dropped. I knew right then things were about to get real.

I work in the courts. Daily, I watch people place their hand on a bible and swear to tell the truth, yet they lie. I see tons of signed, sworn affidavits that someone lied on. Talking about flooding the courts! If you charged every single person that lied on one of those, or that lied under oath, we'd need thousands of new judges.
Dear Hose:

What makes you think all those affidavit signers were lying? Do assume they signed endorsement of false evidence because that evidence contradicts your personal beliefs? And do you always pre-judge cases before they go to court?

I believe in Bigfoot! My brother-in-law saw one in 1985. :)

I'm not going to debate the election results because the scientific forensic evidence proves it was manipulated.

Can't argue with science because that is dangerous. :D

Yeah- Trump won. BUT Can you imagine if the win was allowed to stand instead of handing it to Joe? This country would have burned to the ground by some very bad people. I think Trump knows this. The people have to see what socialism looks like. They have to see empty shelves. Hyper inflation. The abandonment of the middle class. Rich getting richer. A permanent poor class. Long lines for food and groceries. Rampant crime.

Yep. Trump had to lose to save the country. The elites would haven opened the gates of hell on the populace.

The people have to see that Trump was not the enemy that the press accused him of being.

The narrative is collapsing. The truth will surface.

Example. Monday morning, we had a guy come in to get a lost title for a car. He told the judge that he bought the car without a title from someone in another county. Yesterday, it was discovered that the vehicle was stolen, and they even had video of it being stolen by the guy that came up here with signed affidavit swearing he was telling to truth. I guess you haven't spent much time in a courtroom, but I see it almost daily, where someone lies on the stand. They make statements, which are proven by text messages, recorded phone calls, or other means to prove that they are lying under oath.

Plus, just, plain common sense tells you something is fucked up when Biden, who ran his campaign in a basement, received more votes than Obama. Really?
Not sure if you know this, but I ran for Mayor of Muskogee in 2010. The incumbent was a 21 year old college guy. There were four of us running. Myself, Senator Tom Coburn's cousin, who is a great guy, and very well respected in our community, and the young college kid. The kid didn't have any money, never campaigned at all, had maybe a half a dozen signs out. Bob Coburn spend tons. He even did a few commercials. I didn't work it that hard, since it's a non paying job (weak mayor system). Leading up to the election date, I really thought Coburn would probably win, with me second, and the kid behind. The forth person had zero chance in the race. Almost all of the city leaders said there would be a runoff between Coburn and I, since neither one of us was going to get over 50% of the votes, and Coburn would beat me out in the general election. The kid incumbent won so big, there wasn't even a run off. He got well over 50% of the votes. How? No clue. Nobody saw it coming and everyone, including him, were shocked. There was no foul play. There was no stolen election. But plain common sense would tell you that something was fucked up when the kid was in his college dorm studying, never campaigned, and beat us. To this day, I have people saying "how the hell did Tyler beat you and Bob?"

Hammons declared his candidacy for mayor of Muskogee on January 29 and filed for office on February 5.[10] By the end of the filing date, Hammons was one of six candidates vying to be mayor, including a former Muskogee mayor and a former city councilor. On election night on April 1, Hammons won the popular vote by coming in first place with 42% of the vote. Herschel McBride came in second place with 38% of the vote. The remaining 20% was divided among the four other candidates. With the general election failing to deliver a candidate with an absolute majority, the Muskogee City Charter required Hammons and McBride to face one another in a run-off election to determine who would serve as mayor. Vote tallies showed Hammons carried the east side of Muskogee while McBride carried the west side.[11] At the May 13 run-off election, Hammons had captured 70% of the vote,[12] winning the largest popular vote total of any candidate in Muskogee history and the largest margin of victory in Muskogee County history. The election was the largest shakeup in the city government since 1952.[13] On May 19, 2008, Hammons was sworn in as 47th (and youngest) Mayor of the City of Muskogee.

At a press conference held on November 30, 2009, at the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame, Hammons announced that he would seek a second term as mayor of Muskogee.[14] Hammons drew three opponents: local businessman and cousin of sitting US Senator Tom Coburn Bob Coburn, local travel agent Chris James, and local volunteer Teresa Garris. On election day, April 6, 2010, Hammons handily won reelection to a second two-year term, receiving just over 51% of the vote in the four-way race, defeating his nearest opponent by 20 percentage points.[15][16] In the election, Hammons carried 17 of the City's 18 voting precincts.

Barr is wrong. McConnell is wrong. Rounds is wrong. All of the state election heads are wrong. All of the Republican Senators that have admitted that Trump lost the election are all wrong. SCOTUS is all wrong. All of the Trump appointed Judges are all wrong. Really?

To the point of the SCOTUS,.they just ruled that the point was moot because it was too late. Basically, even if they did look at it damages could not be rectified. They waited so long it didn't matter.

I don't know about other states, but I firmly believe that PA election was invalid. They broke their own constitutional law.

In some states, full audits couldn't be performed because the signature envelopes were tossed. So how could signatures to ballots be verified? They can't.

And do you always pre-judge cases before they go to court?
No, I don't. I enjoy watching jury trials. I'm the bailiff for most of them here. We have people that are found not guilty, that I believe were guilty, since I have more information on the case than what the jury is allowed to hear. I accept the results, because I believe in the system. It's not always perfect, but it's the best we've been able to come up with so far. What do you think of people that do pre-judge a case before it goes to court?

Dear Hose:

Most of the many people who signed affidavits claiming election fraud had evidence to present to the courts. Just because they didn't get an opportunity to officially present that evidence doesn't mean that they were lying.

Roberts, Kavanaugh, and Barrett are moderates. The left was soooo worried about Kavanaugh and Barrett.

The problem some of the Justices have is they want keep the court "esteemed" instead of doing the correct thing. They punted. Many scholars pointed out that there is a precedence with the SCotus in trying not to get involved if it would make them look bad. It's the same reason why SCotus rarely overrules prior decision.
