See, and that is the problem..... What is it with cops... (white cops more times than not)
that makes them beat up on folks, black, white, or other????

When a cop has an issue like this, I would like to know what they did before they were a cop.
Military, etc

As you can see in that video, the black cop didn't do anything, because he wasn't suposed to do anything like that....
Or becasue he couldn't get in for a shot??? I think it is the first.
