My opinion of scrapple...

I still like those Penrose hot sausages from the corner beer store. You know the ones submerged in a vinegary mix in the big jar on the counter just beside the pickled eggs..

I LOVE those! Haven't had any for a long time though...

Yeah I think white is shrimp and rice.
I just didn’t like the taste of scrapple (at least where I had it)

Ever eat white boudin? That stuff is awesome. Had some when I visited Lake Charles. Mmmm.
