Obama administration to prosecute Chattanooga hero

Terrorist lives matter ... or so it seems.

In the midst of the July killings by Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez in Chattanooga, Lt. Cmdr. Timothy White discharged his personal firearm in an attempt to stop the mass shootings. White's actions helped prevent further carnage because it forced Abdulazeez to engage armed defenders.

But does that matter to Commander-In-Chief Barack Hussein Obama? Instead, White will be formally charged for discharging his firearm on federal property:

Look at it this way, we can't carry in a federal bldg. We carry stop a terrorist, we would still be brought up on charges.
Like JLS said it doesn't seem right but they are the rules. He was a civilian at the time, subject to the law.

There are several scenarios that can be played out, some positive, some negitive.

Ya know, I have yet to see any where that says this is coming from the White house. I have seen that Dept. of Defense regulations might lead to this. I've also seen that the Navy is considering pressing charges. I have not seen that Obama is involved. But he is the great satan, isn't he?

Probably for the same reason that the DOD keeps refusing to arm their recruiters. Current rules or laws prohibit that.

I personally don't think any charges should be filed, but I'm not the DOD.

UPDATE: A spokesman for the U.S. Navy on Sunday denied reports that disciplinary charges will be filed against Lt. Cmdr. Timothy White for discharging an unauthorized weapon on federal property.

According to a post of Facebook and other social media sites, a statement reads, “Stories of Navy personnel being charges with an offense are not true. There is still a long way to go in reviewing the facts of this tragic incident, but at this time we can confirm no service member has been charged with an offense.”

Several news outlets, including this one, jumped on a report by national columnist Allen West on Saturday that stated he was enraged after he had confirmed that LTC White, who drew his personal sidearm in the July 16 terrorist attack on a Navy Reserve Center in Chattanooga, would face a reprimand and could possibly be court marshaled.

AW, interesting links, but they support my point. "The Obama Regime", "The Obama administration." etc. I failed to see any reference to the direct involvement of Obama. I did see references to bureaucratic and administrative involvement of government agencies. If you want to blame Obama, fine, but at least be honest.
