Our entire System of Justice is gone, and without that, it won't be much longer before America becomes the complete opposite of great and a secondary world power. And you'd better be more concerned about wars resulting from Biden's foreign policy than a war started by Trump!

Republicans can't pick judges. Kavanaugh is a strict constitutionalist. Roberts is really a left centrist. We don't know about Comey barret.

The left pick activist and the right pick what they think are constitutionalist.

The only right wing activist judge on the bench is Alito.


The question for the court was if texas voters are injured if some other state breaks its own election rules. I can see the argument that they aren't as texas electors will be voted appropriately.

This opens the door another way. The next question would be are PA voters injured? The PA state court could get overturned by scotus. Just like FL was overturned with Gore. I doubt it because they a cowards.
