On Megyn Kelly's final show on Fox News recently, former House Intelligence Committee Chairman Pete Hoekstra cast a shadow on the conclusion cited by 17 intelligence agencies in a declassified report alleging that Russia interfered in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

Hoekstra asserted that the report did NOT represent the views of 17 agencies, not seventeen; rather, it was only three agencies. He also questioned why the Department of Homeland Security and the Defense Intelligence Agency didn't co-author or clear the report and why it the report lacked dissenting views.
