James Comey and Andrew McCabe are being looked at for the same things that Hillary did. However, Comey let Crooked Hillary get a free pass because he said that there was no INTENT on her part to commit crimes.

On the other hand, Comey's memos clearly indicate that he DID INTEND to leak classified information, and therefore, he can't use "lack of intent" as an excuse for his own criminality.
