At TVA are doing rolling blackouts.
We've seen this cold weather before and now it's a problem? 2018 and 2014 both had stretches in the mid single digits. TVA even said they were good in 2021

The TVA coverage area has seen 200K new residential hookups in the last two years but did nothing to improve the grid. On top of that they've shut down a coal plant. Jesus mother effing Christ.
