I guess they only matter when a liberal state would like to throw it's weight around. When conservative states want to enact states rights, they should just fall in line and they are wrong.

I'm also unclear about how changes in executive orders are illegal and against the law.
What California doesn't realize is that their over regulations actually hurt the environment even more. Can't manufacturer without meeting regulations, so it goes to China where there are none. Cars cost more because of the new tech to meet emmissions or epa which means people hold onto their old car longer. The list goes on.
