My yard looks pretty nice. Of course, after procrastinating 3 weeks to cut it, I almost had to bale it! But after a cut, and trimming the hedges, it's almost presentable. Just need to work on the flower beds. They're not bad, but need tended to before the weeds start getting out of hand. Maybe this weekend...

Anyway, the cut grass reminded me... I miss the smell of a fresh cut hay field. Don't get that in the Houston area. And grass don't smell the same.

*sigh*

9~, I didn't realize, or know, you were from Texas. Guess I never saw anything about it and never asked.

Damn 9 why don't you just let the sheep trim it for you?
Because I messed up and now the whole lot of 'em are spoiled little bitches! Eating grass in the yard isn't good enough for them anymore! It has to be a blend of specially grown grasses from a specific region in New Zealand that is harvested at a very specific time of year. I never should have given them that to begin with. Now they won't eat anything else!
