He was stalking Zim, the incident between the two men happened last year, this wasn't a spur of the moment road rage thing...
He saw what looked like Zimm's truck and fired a shot into it, what would have happened if Zim had a passenger in that truck with him? The man should have been arrested immediately by the Police, he put the lives of innocent people in danger by shooting at a moving vehicle...if he had been lucky enough to hit Zim, he could have easily caused an accident where other innocent people minding their own business could have been injured or killed by an out of control vehicle.

ZIMMERMAN DID HAVE A GUN. THE STORY I READ, AN EYE WITNESS SAID, ZIMMERMAN NEVER DISPLAYED A GUN. THE ONLY GUY WHO SAID HE DID WAS THE SHOOTER.

Well, IF someone takes a shot at me, and I have my gun in my hand, I'm firing back. That is instinctive reaction and self-defense...

This story you are quoting is from the shooter's lawyer, why do you believe him? It's obvious he's lying to save his client's ass.
Relook at the picture of Zim's truck, can you see anything inside it thru the window? That window was not open, he fired a shot thru a darkly tinted window, he couldn't see anything inside that truck.

Actually, I don't want him convicted without a trial, but preliminary evidence shows "probable cause" that he should be arrested and charged with a crime because his explanations simply don't jibe with the available evidence...

1 - He says, Zimmerman had his gun in his hand, yet Zimm's widows were darkly tinted and this guy made a u-turn to follow after him...
Is it reasonable to follow a guy that just pointed a gun at you? Or do you try to get away from him?

2 - After making his u-turn to follow Zim's vehicle, he pulls up alongside the vehicle and shoots thru a darkly tinted window at the driver's position. To me, based on the accounts given, first impression is that act was pre-meditated based on events that happened several months ago...

This guy is no better and probably much worse than Zimmerman. He's looking for the notoriety of being the guy that finally gives Zimmerman his just rewards by offing him. Probably make him a hero in your eyes...just makes him another murderer in mine...

Of course he does...
He still hasn't learned that I look at all the facts in evidence available (from multiple news sites) and then make my assesment of the situation based on the facts presented and my experiences. I also can and will change my opinions when further evidence is provided that indicates to me my initial assesment maybe wrong based on info that wasn't previously available to me.
 
Yeah, this whole "Waiting for the facts to come in" thing just doesn't compute with jls. Don't we "beat all" ?
 
I'm curious as to why only the first half the 911 call has been released...would like to have heard the entire 911 call...
would most likely give me a better grasp of the shooter's mindset, but based on what I did hear, I have to say it sounds like he wanted it to be known he shot George Zimmerman...not a good thought process...

The only one biased here is you...

Zim legally shot Martin in self-defense. It was in all the papers and on the Telly. He didn't wave his gun around before shooting Martin. But you in your biased hatred of someone you don't know from a hill of beans, can't accept the jury's decision...

He had an incident with his wife, where she falsely accused him of waving his gun. She later owned up to lying about the gun part...but you, in your bias, refuse to acknowledge that she lied, even after she admitted he didn't flash his gun...

It's really simple, jls. The evidence that has been released so far, does not support the claims made by the shooter's lawyer.
1 - The window tint does not allow one to see clearly into the vehicle. I do not believe he saw a gun in zim's hand.
2 - He followed Zim's vehicle and pulled up alongside it, then fired a shot into it. Those are not actions a reasonable person would do IF they saw the other driver point a gun in his direction. A reasonable person would have not made a u-turn to follow the vehicle and definitely would not pull up along side it to give that person he believes is holding a gun an opportunity to shoot him.

Those are the reasons I do not believe his lawyer's story, the facts don't add up...
