From what I can tell, the Florida Constitution has different rights in regards to privacy.
If that's the case, it might require an amendment to the state constitution. In the meantime, I don't know what laws, in regards to abortion limits,
wouldn't violate the state constitution. I guess the current law (20 weeks I think) would stay on the books.
