A person has the right, according to the constitution, to own and carry any weapon that is available to U.S. military. "Arms" are arms. The constitution does not classify nor determine "what" weapons may be owned or carried. The purpose of owning a weapon is not only to protect oneself, but also families and property. And, not just from other citizens, but from the government as well.

RIDDLE ME THIS BATMAN. IF THE SUPREME COURT MAKES A DECISION TO DETERMINE THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "ARMS" AND "WEAPONS", WHERE WILL THAT LEAD? IF SOMETHING IS DETERMINED TO BE A WEAPON, THAT WOULD NOT FALL UNDER THE CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.
