Why aren't participants of liberal mobs attempting to intimidate Supreme Court Justices being punished to the full extent of the law?

Federal law -- 18 U.S.C. § 1507 -- makes it illegal to “protest near a residence occupied by a judge or jury with the intent to influence their decisions.”

Is there any doubt that's what those "protesters" are doing -- even if an argument could be made that such actions were "peaceful"?

However, the feckless Biden administration has failed to forcefully condemn the protests at the justices’ homes, and Biden's press secretary Jen Psaki has said, “So I know that there’s an outrage right now, I guess, about protests that have been peaceful to date and we certainly continue to encourage that outside of judges’ homes, and that’s the president’s position.”

Though it's a cinch it will never happen, Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Justice Department should take immediate action against such clear and convincing attempts to undermine America's judicial system. Failing to do so blatantly ignores the law of the land and sends a chilling message that the administration sanctions judicial intimidation and mob action in that regard.

The liberal protesters' actions are not only disgraceful, they are illegal.
