Last week, a federal judge exposed how Barack Hussein Obama's Justice Department has systematically deceived lower courts about the administration's conduct with regard to U.S. immigration laws.
In willful disregard for enforcing the immigration laws and in non-compliance with a judge's order to immediately suspend its amnesty program, the administration processed more than 100,000 applications for amnesty.
Over the years, Obama has released more than 36,000 illegal immigrants awaiting deportation -- including some who were murderers, drug dealers and rapists. In the meantime, Obama's policies have weakened enforcement programs and granted executive amnesty to 5 million illegal immigrants.
The Justice Department has also conceded in legal filings that its lawyers have known all along that the Department of Homeland Security program was under way, despite what they said in briefs and hearings.
