Glad they got him, he got off way too lightly with the probation sentence he received for his drunk driving crash that killed four people. He needs to spend some time in prison because staying at home on probation didn't do anything. I wonder if the mother will be charged with aiding in his absconding from the jurisdiction. She should be held responsible also.

HIS MOM THREW HIM A GOING AWAY PARTY BEFORE THEY LEFT WITH SOME OF HIS FREINDS. ON THE 6 OCLOCK NEWS HERE, DALLAS, THEY SAID IF THEY GET HIS SENTENCE TRANSFERED TO ADULT COURT, HE COULD GET 10 YEARS PER DEATH. BUT HE COULD USE THE SAME DEFENSE, THAT HIS MOM IS STILL ENABLING HIM. NEEDS TO BE JUSTICE FOR THE FAMILIES THAT LOST FOLKS BECAUSE OF ONE JACKASS.

Good news is that jackass judge that let him go has retired and no longer on the bench. Hopefully the next judge he gets will be a real hard ass.

They should take the fuxxcking Judge and beat him silly...execute him and deport him to Florida during the Hurricane season...And force him to wear a hoodie while on his knees sucking zimmy boy...

Kills 4 people and gets probation...yet get caught with some weed in Texas and get 10 years...

UNLESS THE COURT DECIDES TO RAISE HIM TO AN ADULT LEVEL FOR PUNISHMENT. THEN IT COULD BE 10 YEARS PER DEATH. AS LONG AS HE IS 18, HE IS STILL A JUVY. THING IS, WHEN THEY GET HIM BACK, IF THEY DO, HE TURNS 19 WHILE STILL IN JAIL. THEN THEY "CAN" GO AFTER HIM AS AN ADULT TO FINISH OUT HIS SENTENCE. THEY INTERVIEWD A LOCAL ATTORNY HERE THAT SAID HE IS DOING EXACTLY WHAT THE DA THOUGHT HE WOULD DO. MAKING HIMSELF LOOK LESS SYMPATHETIC AND MORE GUILTY. THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL A JUDGE IN TEXAS WILL LET HIM WALK AGAIN.
