It appears to be a dispute among a group of people...

The attack began as a confrontation between two groups of students that "turned physical" before Jones pulled a gun and opened fire, Fowler told reporters and students at news conference.
The shooting occurred in a parking lot near the Mountain View Hall dormitory, where most of the school's fraternity members live, school officials said.

Don't know how this could ever happen, NAU is a gun free zone...Jones should be expelled from the school for breaking the rule...

Gun free zones will only work as long as there are adequate personnel on site that can, and will, remove any guns from the zone before they can get in...Even then, there's always the distinct possibility that guns can and will get past the checkpoints...

Gun free zones only apply to people who OBEY the LAW... far left nut jobs DO NOT OBEY OR CARE ABOUT LAWS....Therefore all the gun free zones in the world mean nothing to them...

And there really isn't any way of keeping these computer geeks from getting guns...
