The Bee Gees were ultra-talented musical youngsters years before they started hitting the charts big-time in 1967, and they wound up charting 29 Top 40 songs in America through 1989. Here's a clip from an Aug. 9, 1963 "Bandstand Australia" TV show, and at the time, Barry Gibb was 15 years old, and twins Maurice and Robin were 13. They are seen performing "Little Band Of Gold" -- a song popularized by Jimmy Gilreath earlier in 1963. They were originally from Manchester, England, but they relocated to Australia in 1958 before returning to England in their late teens ...

Love the Bee Gees and always appreciated their vocal abilities. But, really? Pretending to play a bugle when it's clearly a Trumpet playing the part? LOL... A for effort, though!
