Your most-recent posts dealt with investments ... but what about your cost of living? From your own experience(s), do you feel your expenses rose less than 1 percent over the past year or so?

Including insurances, etc.? Fuck no! I am much worse off today than I was three years ago.

I've been saying for the past few years that the govt inflation figures are an act of fiction. As others have stated, medical services and insurance rates have climbed dramatically. Plus, remember all the stories about the extreme rate increases for certain medications?
