Anthony, OJ and Martin have nothing to do with Zim being shot. WTF is wrong with you? Can't keep focus on one topic?
 
OJ was found not guilty by a jury, I accepted their verdict.
A civil jury found that he was responsible for the deaths, I also accepted that verdict.

I didn't follow the Casey Anthony trial that closely, I did not research the evidence to make an opinion on whether or not I thought she was guilty based upon the evidence, but I accept the jury's verdict.

I had stated from the beginning of the Zimmerman/Martin encounter that the evidence supported Zimmerman's version of what transpired, and that version was a valid case for self-defense. The jury came to the same conclusion, based on the evidence and law provided to them, I accept their verdict and would have accepted a guilty verdict had they given one. There was nothing biased at all with their verdict, only racebaiters use that angle.

How I feel about blacks or hispanics or any other race has no bearing on how I view the evidence provided me. Everyone gets a fair shake from me when their version of the events is supported by other evidence provided in the case.

Look at this case, I am going against the white guy, why is that if I'm racist? Shouldn't I be supporting the white guy instead of the hispanic one? I told you why, I don't believe whitey's version of the story. It doesn't jibe with the evidence provided so far.

Go stick that in your pipe and smoke it.

Stop it jls, you're nitpicking very minor things and overlooking the clear, obvious evidence in the case. Fact will always be, the SA in fla decided to politically pursue a weak case that earlier prosecutors and Police declined to prosecute because they knew there was not enough evidence to go to trial with.. After trial and the jury's verdict, the earlier prosecutor and Police were proven right in not pursuing the case, there was never enough evidence to support a conviction for murder. The SA should never have taken it to trial, not with what she had...

That means the Police, after doing an investigation, don't believe his BS self-defense claim. Why? It's really simple. Reasonable people, who are in fear for their lives, don't go following and pulling up alongside someone who "supposedly" pointed a gun at them.

The shooting of Trayvon Martin wouldn't have happened at all had Trayvon simply went home -- which was only a very short distance away -- rather than circling back and winding up in a deadly confrontation.

You have no idea what the term "imminent threat" as it pertains to self-defense means...
It means you must be in a reasonable fear of being killed at the moment you used force to defend yourself.
Asshole shot into a vehicle in which you can not see into, he could not see a gun when he shot thru the side window. It doesn't matter even IF he saw one earlier, the "imminent threat" ended when Zimmerman drove and made a u-turn to get away from him.

As far as Martin's shooting goes, I always maintained that the evidence SUPPORTED Zim's self-defense claim. The Police and original prosecutor also realized that. I guess the SA wasn't as bright as they were, she pursued a case that she knew she couldn't win. That's why she never presented it to a Grand Jury, she knew she didn't have the evidence to even get an indictment. All the evidence in the trial was not enough to discredit Zimmerman's self-defense claim, it didn't even come close...It was purely a politically driven prosecution to appease the mob of race baiters...And that is wrong, our system of justice is not meant to appease mob rule, it is designed to give a defendant a fair trial according to the rule of law.

I also stated from the very beginning that BOTH Zimmerman and Martin made very poor decisions that night...Nothing I heard come out at trial changed either position. Zimmerman should not have tried to relocate Martin after he lost sight of him, and Martin shouldn't have set up to ambush Zimmerman after he eluded him the first time. Because both parties made stupid decisions, one of them ended up dead. That doesn't make it murder on idiot #2...
