Sadly, the days of active bowling discussion forums are coming to an end, if they aren't already.
This allbowling.com forum used to be quite active with many posts and regular participants, but obviously that's no longer the case. And for a time, there were popular forums conducted by USBC and the PBA -- not to mention BBE, ballreviews.com and a few others.
Most have been dead for quite some time, but there are a few deathbed gasps remaining here on AB and over on BR. Which of the latter two will be declared dead, leaving just one standing?
As you can certainly see, the current activity is virtually non-existent here, but it's even worse on BR. There's at least one AB member (me) online as I post this, but I just took a look at BR, and there are NO members online over there.
Since New Year's Day at BR, there have been a few -- very few -- posts on the Equipment Boards, and as for Miscellaneous discussions, the most-recent posts came on Jan. 2, and on the Beginners Board, there was only one post on Jan. 12 and on reply on Jan. 14.
Therefore, since Jan. 1, I've posted more often than everyone else combined in AB and BR. So will we at AB be a part of the last one standing?
One thing's for sure. Hardly anyone will care or notice!
