The video is on the cop and the suspect. The video can't help you plan a crime.
Like I said, In the scanner chatter they tell you where the cops are going. You get none of that from the video.

Even if you had 360 video on top of the car, you would REALLY have to know the place to figure out where they are just by video.

... but it would be even easier with video enhancement.
