WHY is is so hard for Americans to see that this is a fucked up ordeal, illegal, and an improper way to investigate?? WTF is wrong with people? These people can't understand that you don't hang someone and then look to see if he/she committed murder. I don't know, AW, I firmly believe our justice system is in grave danger.

Well, that's the problem, AW. They ARE getting their way. This idea of picking a victim, and then scrubbing him until they can drum up a charge in which they can manufacture enough lies to convict is absolutely ridiculous. Why can't someone actually stop the madness and force them back to work. We are paying these people for this shit.

The Dems have to prove their charge(s), and Trump and his defenders will have every opportunity to challenge each allegation. However, charges can't be primarily or entirely based on hearsay and opinions (as opposed to the law).

The witnesses have to be able to support actual evidence to validate the charges, but hearsay, opinion and suspicions aren't enough to override law and due process. And the Dems face a virtually impossible task of PROVING "high crimes and misdemeanors."
